How much does it cost to use the software?

Our prices start at £99 per month for 1,500 products and £3,000 for 1,000,000 products.

How are our fees calculated?

The rate of the solution is based on the number of products in the data feed multiplied by the number of optimized feeds in the solution.
For instance: The data feed has 350 products and 5 optimized feeds in the solution.
We count a total of 1,750 products, the price will be a monthly cost of £150.

How much does a Facebook e-store cost?

An optimized feed for your Facebook fanpage costs £19 (limited at 10,000 products)
The Facebook store works in real time. Display the products that you want to sell on the store, share them with your friends and add them to your wishlist.

What is the rate for the eBay module?

The rate for the eBay module is £39 per month (with a limit of 10,000 products).
The module is in web services mode and includes all features of the eBay interface.

Is there any contract duration commitment?

There is no contract commitment as it is a monthly rolling contract.
You can stop the contract at the end of the month if you let us know your decision before 15th of the month.

How do I send you the contract?

You can send us the contract by e-mail, mail or fax ().

Does the data feed have to contain all the products that I have on my online store?

The data feed may contain all or part of your products present in your webstore.

What are the payment methods for the monthly subscription?

You can pay for your monthly subscription either by cheque or bank transfer.

What is the rate for a media agency?

Media agencies will pay for the global sum of products for all their clients.
For instance: Client 1 has 1,500 products and needs 5 optimized product feeds, which represents a total of 7,500 products.
Client 2 has 550 products and needs 10 optimized product feeds, which represents a total of 7,500 products.
We count a total of 13,000 products in the solution, the price will be a monthly cost of £300 (slot from 10,000 to 15,000 products).

What is the rate if I have a number of e-stores?

The rate of the solution is based on the number of products in the data feed multiplied by the number of optimized feeds in the solution.
We add up the number of products on each e-store and we refer to our standard rates.
For instance: E-store 1 has a total of 5,000 products and E-store 2 has a total of 2,000 products. We count a total of 7,000 products, therefore the monthly cost will be £250 (The range from 5,000 to 10,000 products)

What are the invoice payment terms?

Invoices have to be paid within 30 days.

Are statistics in the solution saved?

Data is saved every 24 hours, 7 days a week.
